The most difficult fat to lose in the body is the lower belly fat. After trying so many inconsistent sit ups and can’t be patient enough, I tried something really great.
Going online to look for information can be confusing, been in the process of choosing between one to zillion options and you end up choosing the wrong one for your body.
When choosing workout routine talk to a professional, know your body type and be consistent. When trying any mixture make sure you are not allergic to any ingredients, talk to your doctor if you have any health issues to be on a safer side.
Enough of the lecture 😊 let me share my awesome magic drink with you all.
I call it the citrus magic drink because it contains three citrus fruits. Well maybe two might not be fruits but I classify them under citrus (vitamin c family)
- One lemon 🍋
- Two oranges 🍊
- One lime
- Three teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- Three teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2.5 litres of water
- Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice out, seperate the seeds
- Cut the lime, squeeze the juice and seperate the seeds
- Cut the oranges, squeeze the juice and seperate the seeds as well
- Take the container of water (2.5 litres) add the three juice in it
- Add the grated ginger and apple cider vinegar
- Mix nicely
- Drink this mixture everyday
- For seven (7)days feel the difference
