egg mask Recipe
-Vitamin A – found in the egg yolk; this vitamin is said to help with hair loss
-Vitamin B – found mainly in the egg yolk but some in the egg whites; there are several different groups of vitamin B found in an egg yolk, most of which increase the oxygen supply to the hair and improve circulation.
-Vitamin D – found in the egg yolk; also helps with hair loss and hair growth
-Vitamin E – found in the egg yolk; also helps with oxygen supply
Mix 2 egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then dilute the mixture with about half a cup of water. Slowly, thoroughly massage the resulting mask into your scalp. After letting it set for 15-20 minutes, rinse it out as usual. You can shampoo afterward if you want to but it’s not necessary. if your hair is highly proteinous you can skip it
castor oil recipe
Being rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, especially omega-9 fatty acids, castor oil promotes hair growth naturally.
- As this oil is quite viscous, mix the castor oil with an equal amount of coconut, olive, or almond oil. Massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Then shampoo your hair.
- You can also add essential oils, especially rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, or thyme oil, to the castor oil and then put it in your hair. massage thoroughly this allows good flow of blood
mustard seed recipe
- 1 Tablespoon of mustard powder
- 2-3 Tablespoons of slightly warm water
- 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 Egg
First, mix one tablespoon of mustard powder with a little bit of slightly warm water (2-3 tablespoons of water should be enough) to obtain the paste (you can control the consistency of this mask by adding more or less water, but I don’t like to make it too runny), then add three tablespoons of olive oil and one egg. Mix these compounds together, until you obtain a smooth paste. You can vary the amount of ingredients depending on how much product you need, but make sure not to neglect any of the ingredients of this mask, as they are there for a reason.
Apply this mustard mask only to the roots of your dry, unwashed hair, concentrating ONLY on the scalp. After you’ve applied this mask evenly all over the roots of your hair, optionally, you can also put on a shower cup and then, towel. This mask has a strong heating effect because of mustard, it stimulates blood circulation in your scalp, thus accelerating hair growth; it also helps to improve thickness and shine of your hair. Let this mask sit on your head for about 3-5 minutes. After doing this mask wash and condition your hair as usual and let it dry naturally. Soon, you should notice great results: improvement in hair thickness, as well as accelerated hair growth
mayonnaise mask recipe
All you need for this out of the best hair masks for hair growth is just a single ingredient – mayonnaise! It does not matter what kind your mayonnaise is. You can totally use what you can find out and take right from your fridge! The egg component in the mayonnaise sauce give this remedy its protein-packed fuel. In addition, the oils can help to boost and bring you silky soft hair that is willing to grow, grow, grow!
Get your hair damp (remember to keep it just damp with relatively high humidity), not soaking – with warm water, then basically just use the mayonnaise to rub into your scalp and down to the ends of the hair. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise used for this remedy depending on your own desire and demand. Once done, you should use either some plastic wrap or a shower cap to cover your head. This will help to trap the heat, so the mayonnaise will really get in there and penetrate to your hair. Allow mayonnaise to stay within about twenty minutes or so (it is really up to you), then use a gentle shampoo to rinse your hair off, or a shampoo that has been diluted.
Where to buy: Any grocery store at your locality.
How Often: Use every week to fortify over-processed, dry hair back to health; bi-weekly for people who have normal or combined hair; and not more than one time every month for those who have oily hair.
In fact, this is one of the best and most effective DIY hair masks for hair growth that I would like to reveal in this entire article and want you and my readers to learn and make use as soon as possible!
Coconut Oil + Rosemary:
This hair mask is unique in that it calls for rosemary, vitamin E oil, and coconut milk which are all useful yet underutilized in hair remedies. Coconut oil is actually a miracle in the hair world, but coconut milk can actually fortify and act as an amazing conditioner.
Measure out 2 teaspoons of rosemary leaf and 3/4 cup of coconut milk. Place the rosemary leaf and coconut milk into a small saucepan. Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer on low heat within about twenty five minutes, frequently stirring as to not burn the coconut milk.
Strain the infused coconut milk from the rosemary leaf into a small-size glass container. Stir in about one tsp of Vitamin E oil.
Where to Buy: You can find these ingredients at any health food store or grocery at your locality.
How To Apply: Wash your hair as usual and pat your hair dry with a towel. Comb through your hair and massage in half of the hair mask. Put a shower cap onto your hair and let the hair mask work its magic within one hour at least to overnight. Then, use warm water to wash your hair for several minutes and style as usual (if needed, you can also clean your hair for more comfort). Store the rest amount of the hair mask in the fridge and you can reuse it within about ten days.
How Often: One batch of this remedy is enough for 2 uses so that you can do this twice within ten days
