Best time to study

4:00am – 6:00am brain functions at the range of 100%. Best time to study 

6:30am – 7:00am brain functions at the range of 50%

Night brain functions at 20% which means it needs rest…

Brain Oxygen level 

Breakfast 60 – 80%

Lunch 10 – 20%

Dinner 30 – 40%

Night sleep 

Minimum 6hrs maximum 8hrs

For more oxygen to the brain

  • Do breathing exercise in the morning and evening for 20minutes 
  • Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water daily 
  • Do regular prayers and meditation 
  • Have a balanced diet 

Nutrition for the brain: calcium, protein, omega 3, B complex, lecithin, honey, Bee polen etc.
