whether trying to impress someone or flaunt it or for show off but let impressing yourself and feeling great about your body comes first. ‘great health’

Exercise

  • 20 crunches

  • 20 cross crunches 

  • 20 oblique twist

  • 20 lower leg lift

  • 20 left / right side crunches 

  • 20 sit ups

  • 1 minute plank
