fat burner – cinnamon 

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used in both sweet and savoury foods. cinnamon works as a great fat burner 

what to do: take 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and steep it in warm water for five minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of honey after straining the cinnamon. drink this before breakfast and before going to bed. 

when taken regularly it reduces the fat and it does not allow accumulation of fat in the body. it is good for waistline fat reduction and do not add anything else to this mixture.
