Do you know why it’s easy for some to loose weight fast and others don’t? Do you know some people don’t even workout nor have a routine diet and can eat anything they like without gaining any extra fat?

  • Honey 
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • Cloves of fresh garlic 
  • Luke warm water 

This is an ancient mixture to loose extra fat sitting below the belly. 

The preparation 

  • Add two spoons of honey to the Luke warm water,
  • And your freshly squeezed lemon juice,
  • Stir vigorously,
  • and you can either blend the cloves of garlic (2-3 clove) and add to the mixture or chew it raw and then drink the mixture on empty stomach in the morning.

  1. Turmeric 
  2. Cinnamon 
  3. Ginger 
  4. Pepper (black) 

The preparation: add pinch spoon of turmeric in a heater kettle or pot allow it boil a bit, add ginger and pepper and let it boil well. Pour in a cup and add the cinnamon root, let others cool to warm level and drink. (You can add mint leaves or honey)

Note: drink enough water, don’t starve yourself, be comfortable in your own skin, be patient and consistent, say no to junks and abnormal eating habits, motivate yourself and remember why u started.
