- apple vinegar: it has many benefits.
- freshly squeezed lemon juice: lemon has cleansing properties
- grounded cinnamon: it helps to curb your appetite
- one liter of filtered water “amount of water depends on how freshly you can keep it”
- half sliced apple: it has great fiber
add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the filtered water, also add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice in the same water containing vinegar and lastly add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon powder and half a medium sliced apple. leave it to steep for about 30-35minutes.
