Dear diary “workout days”
My workout days are here… This morning after jogging round the campus like three times and getting to do aerobics “effective routines” I couldn’t feel my legs anymore. At first i thought i was going to throw up and faint but i didn’t know it was just the little things trying to hold me back.
Fun part i get to eat well, healthy and still stay fit. Tnx to my personal trainer Mr Daniel, even though he had no mercy on my legs but it’s totally worth.
it’s bye to depression, dull life, baggy clothes, difficulty in breathing due to fat and now it’s hello healthy, fit life…
